Hours after US President Joe Biden welcomed exiled Venezuelan opposition leader Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said seven foreigners, including two Americans, had been arrested for planning unspecified “terrorist acts” days prior to Maduro’s inauguration into a third presidential term.
